Today Atomic Mall unveiled SPA, for "Store Performance Analysis". SPA is a group of easy to read graphical charts, graphs and text data which can give a store owner the ability to quickly determine how their store is performing, and zero in on areas that perhaps need improvement. To access SPA, sellers need to complete at least one sale through their Atomic Mall Storefront. Once that first sale is completed, you'll see a graphic labeled "Stats" in your Account Overview, to the right of your transaction totals:

Included in the display:

How buyers find you pie chart
This graph shows where your buyers are originating. Upon checkout or registration, data is collected from each member as to how they found your Atomic Mall store. This valuable information is stored and used to create analysis tools like this handy pie chart, and is also sent to each seller when a sale is made.

Sales (units) line chart
This chart shows your units sold data over the preceeding 12 months. The top line shows total individual items sold, while the lower line shows number of transactions. All data points are based on monthly totals.

Sales (dollars) bar chart
This chart shows your total gross revenue over the preceeding 12 months, also grouped by month.

Feedback-O-Meter
A quick glance will tell you how your feedback score is stacking up. The value displayed is lifetime Atomic Mall feedback, and does not include imported feedback. Don't let it dip into the yellow or scary, multi-legged 7-dimensional beings will inhabit your hallway closet!

Additional Data
This area includes important items like page views, average sales, buyer pay method preference and more. Here's the fun part: Atomic Mall sellers will vote, and decide as a group which additional stats will be included in that big ol' blank area that I created on purpose. If you guys can dream up a funky statistic that provides good insight into a store's performance, (and I can figure out how to code it), it goes in!

As per our usual mode of operation at AtomicMall.com, there is no additional charge for this neat little selling tool: It is available to all store owners. I hope you find it a useful aid in the day to day operation of your stores, and that you put it to good use to maximize your sales and overall efficiency.

Oh, and tell those scary 7-dimensional beings that they'll have to inhabit my storage shed instead because I have no hallway closet (or even really a hallway for that matter). :)

And here I was envisioning mineral baths, pedicures, and massages!
Oh, well I guess I'll have to make an appointment with Shadow's squirrel. ;D

A stat that might be useful to go into that blank space would be some kind of breakdown of what categories your sales came from. It would help sellers that sell a variety of items know what is working in their inventory, and what isn't. So they know what to focus on in the future.

I don't know if I explained that very well, and it would probably help as a tool better if it had the ability to break things down into subcategories. So it would have to wait until then. And I just thoroughly confused myself on this....

Aha, I've thought of a couple. How about comparing some of the individual store stats to sitewide stats? Like the Pay Methods section for example. Perhaps a seller who only accepts one or two forms of payments could get an idea of how they could increase sales by accepting additional forms of payment.

Another one could be a pie chart for buyers' countries, for individual stores and sitewide. It would be cool to be able to see at a glance what percentage of Atomic Mall sales are coming from which countries.

Can you break down the "Other Search Engine" category into specific search engines IE: Yahoo, etc.?
